Spring is a wonderful time to add playful and exciting accessories to your wardrobe. I don’t know about you but when the weather gets warm, flowers are in bloom and the sun is out, I want to add a little color and pizzazz to my life.  A handbag adorned with a beautiful flower and a pop of color will add a little spring to your day and life.  I love to add a lacy floral scarf to an otherwise ordinary work outfit and watch if go from drab to exciting.  I believe accessorizing your outfit gives you a sense of individuality and makes your outfit stand out.  I love hearing the awesome comments when you choose the perfect accessory to accentuate your outfit. So accessorize away and bring on little color and excitement for Spring!!

While on a recent trip to Ireland, it was fun to see all the different styles of clothing and accessories that women were wearing and carrying.  I saw that the trends in clothing are pretty much the same as what we wear here.  I saw a lot of boots paired with skinny jeans, as well as skirts.  The teens were wearing short shorts with tights.  The trend in handbags varied quite a bit, I saw some blingy handbags as well as some animal print and other fashion handbags.  The women are very serious about fashion, they dressed up their outfits with various prints of scarves and very stylish hats.  It was quite an experience and exciting to see all the different styles and fashions in another country.

The perfect handbag needs to be stylish, functional, lightweight, timeless and affordable. There is always an ideal handbag for any social occasion.  An elegant evening out is the opportunity to carry the perfect blingy clutch to hold the essentials.  When you are heading out for your weekly shopping it is necessary to have a handbag that can hold everything!  A lightweight bag is a must when a women on the go has to carry everything but the kitchen sink with her.  A handbag also needs to be timeless to keep up with the ever changing fashions.  Last but not least, affordability is most important, especially when we need a different handbag for every social function.

I was out and about this last weekend checking out the various women’s accessories that are available in my town.  I was quite astonished about the markup that my local stores were putting on the same items that you can purchase on the online stores.  There is also quite a bit more variety of accessories to choose from online.  The online market is definitely the way to go when it comes to finding the perfect and essential accessories to dress up any outfit, whether it is just the right handbag ,purse, jewelry or scarf.

This time of year is a great time to accessorize, heading out to the store and having a bad hair day is a great time to don your favorite hat.  This was definitely a hat weekend for me, I wore my favorite hat to the store and watched all the heads turn and even got a few compliments and “where did you get your hat?”  I said K-J Accessories of course!  Later on in the weekend with a little bit of a breeze blowing, I chose one of my blingy hats!  A hat is the perfect accessory to have you looking stylish and hip any day of the week.

The right women’s accessories are like your makeup applied perfectly and your hair beautifully coiffed.  Just like the right eye shadow can accentuate your eyes, the perfect scarf or hat can complete your outfit.  When you feel all put together, whether it be your makeup, hair or accessories, it gives you that self assurance you’ve earned and the power you deserve.

This is for all you girls who want to dress up boring school outfits and still be casual.  For example, say your feeling like having a lazy Friday, you get up and throw your hair into a messy bun, throw on your favorite t-shirt and a comfy pair of  jeans and that just doesn’t seem to be enough. No need to worry! The fix is simple.  A blingy purse or a funky hat always works, but if your school is like mine, you can’t always wear hats so instead throw on a pair of fun earrings or crazy mismatched socks and there you go, problem solved!

It can dress up my favorite work outfit from boring to fashionably professional.  On the weekend it compliments my blingy jeans and comfortable t-shirt.  The perfect scarf can tie any outfit together.  I love to experiment with different ways of tying my scarf to make my outfits different every time.  Scarves can compliment any outfit every season of the year.   Pick a scarf in any pattern or beautiful color to make your wardrobe pop!
